Subminiature-D High Vacuum (HV) Flat FEP Ribbon Cables

Connector to Cable HV assemblies are fitted with DAP subminiature-D female or male connectors at one end and non-terminated, extruded flat FEP insulated ribbon cable at the other.  The female cable connectors mate directly onto the vacuum-side of  subminiature-D UHV feedthroughs, HV feedthroughs, HV Bulkhead-D feedthroughs, or with subminiature-D DAP connectors.

Contact to Cable High Vacuum ribbon cable assemblies include male or female contacts on one end and non-terminated extruded FEP insulated ribbon cable on the other.
Special Note: They do not include DAP connectors.

Connector to Connector Extension Cables are fitted with DAP subminiature-D female connector on one end and a female OR male DAP subminiature-D connector on the other end of a 19" or 39" HV extruded FEP ribbon cables.

• High temperature rated to 120°C (Feedthrough)
• HV compatible construction
• DAP (glass-filled Diallyl phthalate) connectors with locking screws
• Voltage rating: 500 VDC max.
• 5 AMPs per pin (20% of pins at any given time)
• Pins: Au plated, Ni-Fe alloy
• UHV rated 1x10^-8 Torr
