Option-21, Synchronous AC Motor

This motor actuator can be ordered and factory-fitted to standard AGP motion and manipulation products. It is ideally suited for the 1, 2, and 4 inch linear travel, and/or continuous rotary travel feedthroughs. This is a four-lead, synchronous 115VAC motor rated to 126 oz-in of torque, and includes a fixed 10 RPM speed reducing gear box. It can be wired for switched direction reversing applications. All gears are cut to AGMA 7 standards. Pinions are extruded from a special steel with a modified long addendum tooth form to provide higher strength. Both pinions and gear teeth are case hardened and rotate upon hardened and ground steel studs. Synthetic lubrication is used throughout. Gearing is scaled to provide a maximum gear train loading.
