Coax-D PEEK Connectors and Components

Components in this section are sold as the most basic components.

UHV Connectors are made of PEEK (polyetheretherketone) and do not include contacts which must be purchased separately.  Symmetric female socket connectors mate directly onto the vacuum or air side of corresponding subminiature-D feedthroughs.  The five-contact connector, part number 100930, is asymmetric and mates only with the vacuum side.

Coaxial Contacts are made of a copper alloy and gold plated. The contacts listed below are intended for use with ultrahigh vacuum PEEK connectors listed on this page.

Standard Contacts are made of a copper alloy and gold plated. The contacts listed below are intended for use with the 1 coax and 4 instrumention PEEK connectors, part numbers 100910 and 110960.   The three and five-contact PEEK connectors only use coaxial contacts.
